These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ace Oasis Landscaping & Hardscaping website and the outdoor services we provide. By requesting a quote, scheduling work, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Services
Ace Oasis provides residential and commercial outdoor services including custom gates, fencing, retaining walls, hardscaping, irrigation, lawn maintenance, tree trimming, weed control, and landscape lighting. All services are performed in accordance with Arizona Registrar of Contractors license 343416.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through this website or by our team are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing depends on an on-site assessment. We will confirm the scope and cost of work before any project begins.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduled services are subject to weather and material availability. We will communicate any changes promptly. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Payments
Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, are agreed upon before work starts. Any deposits are applied toward your project total. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by Arizona law.
Warranty and Liability
We warrant our workmanship for the period stated in your service agreement. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, third-party work, or events outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
